直线形压电致动器的研究综述

摘要: 压电致动器是利用机电耦合输出的新型驱动装置,近年来各种类型的压电致动器相继出现,并广泛分布于多个行业及领域,如医疗器械、精密定位平台和机器人仿生关节等。压电致动器的结构类型众多,但分类尚无统一的标准,其中具有线性驱动能力的压电致动器越来越受到研究学者的关注。对国内外直线形压电致动器的发展历程进行了总结,根据驱动机理对直线形压电致动器进行了分类,对压电致动器的工作原理、典型结构和输出性能方面进行了概述,展望了该类型致动器发展前景。该研究有助于对直线形压电致动器技术进行充分认识,为新型直线致动器的发展提供了借鉴。

Abstract: Piezoelectric actuator is a new type of drive device that uses electromechanical coupling output. In recent years, various types of piezoelectric actuators have appeared one after another, and are widely distributed in many industries and fields, such as medical instruments, precision positioning platform and robot bionic joints. There are many structural types of piezoelectric actuators, but there is no unified classification standard, among which the piezoelectric actuators with linear driving ability have attracted more and more attention of researchers. The development history of linear piezoelectric actuators at home and abroad was summarized. Linear piezoelectric actuators were classified according to the driving mechanism, and their working principles, typical structures and output performance were summarized. The development prospect of linear piezoelectricactuators was expected. The research is helpful to fully understand the technology of linear piezoelectric actuators and provides reference for the development of new linear actuators.
