摘要: 研究分析了一种不平衡两相绕组电机的空间矢量脉宽调试控制策略。以成熟使用的三桥臂逆变器为硬件基础,合成两相不平衡电压SVPWM,调制两绕组间的电压相角相差90°,实现两相电机在绕组匝数不同的结构下保持平衡运行。实验证实,该调制技术可实现两相电机在绕组匝数非对称情况下,以最大程度优化电机运行状态,实现较好的调速性能和经济节能。

Abstract: A control strategy of space vector pulse width debugging for unbalanced two-phase winding motor was studied. Based on the three leg inverter, the two-phase unbalanced voltage SVPWM was synthesized to modulate the voltage phase angle difference between the two windings by 90° and realize the balanced operation of the two-phase motor with different winding turns. Through the test, it is confirmed that the modulation technology can optimize the operation state of the two-phase motor to the greatest extent and achieve better speed regulation performance and economic energy saving in the case of asymmetric winding turns.
