Electromagnetic Design and Simulation of 3 MW Half Direct-Driven Permanent Magnet Wind Power Generator

摘要: 研究了半直驱永磁风力发电机的主要设计参数选取过程和原则,探讨了转子磁极固定方式及优化方向;以3 MW发电机为例开展电磁方案设计,并对方案进行了空载、负载、短路仿真分析。结果表明,采用斜槽一倍齿距设计可以显著抑制发电机空载下的齿槽转矩,峰值减小幅度达89%;负载计算结果显示发电机电磁方案完全符合设计目标要求;短路失磁校验也验证了所选永磁体在三相、两项短路工况下的磁性能稳定性。设计过程和方法为后续产品开发提供了一些经验借鉴。

Abstract: The principle and method for the main magnetic parameters selection of the half-direct driven wind power PM generator was studied. The mounting mode and optimization direction of the rotor pole was discussed. The electromagnetic design and simulation was carried out with a 3 MW generator as an example. The no-load results showed that the cogging torque under the no-load condition could be significantly reduced by using slot-skewing with a slot pitch , and the peak value could be reduced by 89%. The rated load results showed that the electromagnetic performance of the generator fully meets the design requirements. The short-circuit calculation also verified the magnetic stability of the selected permanent magnet under short-circuit conditions. The design process and method provide some experience for the follow-up products development.
