摘要: 在阐述无刷双馈电机的组成、工作原理的基础上,基于场路耦合有限元法,深分析了电机功率为450 kW、8/4极的磁障转子无刷双馈电机起动、空载及负载情况下的运行特点,并对磁障转子无刷双馈电机的异步起动、同步运行及双馈运行进行分析及实验。仿真和实验验证了该磁障转子无刷双馈电机的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: On the basis of principle and composition of brushless doubly-fed machine, the performance of start, no load and full load for 450 kW and 8/4 poles brushless doubly-fed machine with magnetic barrier rotor was analyzed in detail based on finite element method. The operation characteristics of asynchronous start, synchronous operation as well as doubly-fed operation for brushless doubly-fed machine with magnetic barrier rotor were discussed. The experimental results of the prototype machine validated the design method and predicated doubly-fed operation performance of the brushless doubly-fed machine with magnetic barrier rotor. The simulation results and experimental study show that the designed brushless doubly-fed machine with magnetic barrier rotor is feasible.
