摘要: 永磁直流电动机在线故障监测或转子转速精确控制大都依赖于电动机基本参数设定的准确性。为了提高电动机基本参数辨识的准确性与实时性,研究了一种新的参数辨识法,并且考虑了外部负载为变量的情况。将变负载条件下测量得到的输入电压、负载转矩、输出电流和转速,代入电动机的动态数学方程,并通过方块脉冲函数离散化,得到电动机基本参数的初解。引入计算得到的反电动势与转矩常数之间的差值作为正则项,通过参数递归得到电动机基本参数的终解。为了验证该方法的有效性,将计算得到的参数,与Simulink仿真得到的参数进行了对比。通过两种不同方法得到的参数代回Simulink电动机模型,计算相应的输出电流和转速,与实测数据进一步比较。

Abstract: Online fault diagnosis and armature speed control of permanent magnet DC motor heavily relied on the accuracy of motor parameter setting. In order to enhance its accuracy and real-time estimation, a new method was researched which was also feasible in an inconstant load torque condition. By implementing the measured voltage, load torque, output speed and current, into a motor dynamic model, which was discretized by block pulse function, the initial solution of motor parameters could be achieved. Introduce a regularization item which was the different between the calculated EMF coefficient and torque coefficient into the motor dynamic model again and through this recursive regression the final solution was arrived. In order to validate this method, parameters calculated were compared with those from Simulink parameter estimation, and the current and speed curve calculated were also comparable to the real test data when implementing those parameters into a Simulink model.
