分数槽集中绕组表贴式永磁同步电机电感参数研究

Study on Inductance Parameters of Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with Fractional Slot Concentrated Winding

摘要: 针对分数槽集中绕组单层、双层表贴式永磁同步电机电感参数的准确计算及其特性问题展开研究,推导出分数槽集中绕组单层、双层绕组形式的自感参数解析式,分析比较相同转子结构时分数槽集中绕组单层、双层在每极每相槽数不同时的自感变化规律,并对槽漏感解析研究,总结出通用表达式及相关规律。利用有限元法分析计算直、交轴同步电感,归纳出转子结构相同时分数槽集中绕组单、双层之间的同步电感比值变化规律,并通过实验得到验证。

Abstract: The calculation of inductance and characteristics of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) with alternate teeth wound and fractional slot concentrated winding(FSCW) were studied. The self-inductance analytical expressions with alternate teeth wound and all teeth wound fractional slot concentrated winding were deduced. The change rule of self-inductance in different number of slots per pole per phase with alternate teeth wound and all teeth wound fractional slot concentrated winding were analyzed and compared. Through analytical study of the slot leakage inductance, the general formula was derived and the regularity was summarized. Finite element method was used to analyze the d-axis and q-axis inductances, the change rules of the synchronous inductance ratio with alternate teeth wound and all teeth wound fractional slot concentrated winding in same rotor structure were concluded and confirmed by experiment.
