摘要: 研究了一种新型有限转角电动机,利用旋转电磁铁和螺旋管技术,定子、转子的工作面设计为曲面,电动机工作时沿着气隙减小的方向旋转运动,计算了电动机的工作点、饱和点、解除保险时间和恢复保险时间,建立了Simulink仿真模型。仿真结果表明了该电动机设计方案和数学模型的准确性。

Abstract: A limited angle motor was studied. The rotating electromagnet and solenoid technology were used, the working planes of stator and rotor were designed as a curved surface, the motor rotated in the direction of decreasing air gap when working. The calculation of operating point, saturation point, disarming time and the recovery time of motor were given. The simulation model was established. The simulation results showed that the motor design scheme and mathematical model were accurate.
