计及磁极排布与材料的磁齿轮成本效果分析

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Magnetic Gears Considering Magnet Configuration and Materials

摘要: 为了研究不同永磁材料对磁齿轮的成本和转矩性能的影响,建立了表贴式和内嵌式两种磁性齿轮的二维模型。通过有限元仿真,得到了不同材料下两种磁齿轮的气隙磁密和稳态转矩;从剩磁、矫顽力、居里温度和价格方面讨论了4种永磁材料的基本特征,利用成本效果分析法得到了不同材料、不同结构下的磁齿轮成本效果指标。研究结果表明,采用稀土永磁材料的磁齿轮成本效果指标值要优于非稀土永磁材料,钕铁硼表贴式磁齿轮成本效果指标最好。

Abstract:  In order to study the influence of different permanent magnet materials on the cost and torque performance of magnetic gears,the 2D models of surface-mounted magnetic gear and embedded type magnetic gear were established. Based on finite element simulation,the steady torque and air-gap flux density was calculated.The basic characters of four permanent magnet materials were discussed in terms of the remanence,coercive force, Curie point and price.The cost effectiveness index of the magnetic gears based on different magnet materials and different configurations was calculated according to the cost-effectiveness analysis.The results show that the cost effectiveness index of the magnetic gears based on the rare-earth permanent magnet materials is better than that of the magnetic gears based on the non rare-earth permanent magnet materials,and the cost effectiveness index of surface-mounted magnetic gear based on NdFeB is the best.
