磁悬浮飞轮永磁同步电机充放电瞬态切换问题研究

Research on Problem of the Transient Charging-Discharging Switching for Magnetically Suspended Flywheel-Based PMSM System

摘要: 基于磁悬浮飞轮电池的充放电特性,对飞轮永磁同步电机的充放电过程进行了分析,给出了详细的系统模型和充放电控制策略。由于电机特性较软和高速耦合效应,在大功率充放电切换瞬间,传统PI调节器的dq电流存在较大电流尖峰,并由此给出了电机电动和发电状态的矢量相位关系。提出一种基于转子磁链相位补偿的充放电切换方法,弥补了由于电机磁场削弱引入的电流冲击问题。通过实验验证了该控制方法的有效性。

Abstract: Based on the charging-discharging properties of the magnetically suspended flywheel battery,the analysis of the charging-discharging process of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was given, with the detailed system model and control strategies.Due to the soft motor property and strong high-speed coupling effect,a large peak dq current occured during the high-power charging-discharging switching by using the traditional PI controller.The relationships of the motor vectors phase between the motoring and generating states were given. A charging-discharging switching method based on rotor flux phase compensation was proposed in order to make up the peak current problem generated by the reduced magnetic field strength.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
