摘要:

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)无传感器控制系统,设计了一种新型的基于扩张状态观测器(ESO)的转子位置与转速观测器。利用自抗扰控制技术中的ESO能精确估计扰动的能力,将含有转子位置和转速信息的反电动势项视为扰动,将电流电压信号分别作为ESO的状态和输入,从而估计出反电动势。考虑到估计得到的反电动势中含有谐波和高频噪声的存在,设计锁相环(PLL)从反电动势中解算转子位置和速度信息。搭建了实验平台,和常用的滑模观测器(SMO)进行了对比,仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

For the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)sensorless control system, a new type of rotor position and speed observer based on the extended state observer (ESO) was designed.ESO can accurately estimate disturbances in the auto-disturbance rejection control.The back-electromotive force(EMF) term which contains rotor position and speed information was regarded as a disturbance, and the current and voltage signals were taken as states and inputs respectively, back EMF was estimated.Considering that the estimated back EMF contains harmonics and high-frequency noise,the phase-locked loop (PLL) was designed to calculate the rotor position and velocity information from the back EMF.An experimental platform was built. Compared with the commonly used sliding mode observer(SMO), the effectiveness of the introduced method was verified by simulations and experiments.
