摘要:

为了更加准确、高效、低成本地预测电动巴士用永磁同步驱动电机的温升特性,以一台80 kW永磁同步电机为例,基于热网络法和有限元法,仿真计算电机在额定工况、峰值转矩工况以及峰值转速工况下的温度场分布,并将仿真计算结果与样机的实验测试结果进行对比分析,确定出在不同工况下准确而快捷的计算方法,便于指导电机的设计与生产。

Abstract:

In order to accurately and efficiently predict the temperature rise characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous drive motor for electric buses, an 80 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as an example to analyze the temperature distribution of the motor under the rated, peak torque and peak speed conditions by using the thermal network method and the finite element method. Simulation results were in accordance with test data. A calculation method of accuracy and shortcut for different working conditions was determined, which is helpful for guiding the actual motor production.
