摘要:

以一台电动汽车用45 kW永磁同步电机(PMSM)为对象,建立了温度场模型,运用有限体积法求解了不同传热介质、散热管道当量直径de以及不同介质纳米流体流量q对PMSM热平衡温度的影响及其规律。结果表明,在同一热平衡温度下,纳米流体散热介质流量显著低于水;在考察区间,电机热平衡温度T与介质流量q之间呈指数关系,且纳米流体的热饱和流量小于水;流量一定时,相较于流道当量直径,流体流速对电机热平衡温度影响十分显著。该结果可为新能源汽车驱动电机散热结构和热管理系统参数优化提供借鉴。

Abstract:

A temperature field model of a 45 kw permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was established. Influence and regularity of different heat transfer medium, fluid flow, and equivalent diameter de of heat pipe on PMSM thermal equilibrium were solved by using finite volume method. The results show that, in order to obtain the same equilibrium temperature, the flow of heat dissipation nanofluids are significantly lower than that of water. In the solving range, the thermal equilibrium temperature T and the medium flow q present exponential relation, and the thermal saturation flow of nanofluids is lower than the water. When the flow of fluids is constant, compared with the equivalent diameter of the heat pipe, the effect of fluid velocity on the thermal equilibrium temperature of the PMSM is prominent. These results could provide some references to the optimization design of structure of heat dissipation and heat management system of new energy vehicles.
