摘要:

建立了一款混合动力传动系统的分析模型,详细分析了电机转子动力学。结果表明,箱体柔性对转子系统的模态有重要影响,转子系统的模态频率随轴承径向刚度增加而增加。在空载工况和重载工况下,电机转子临界转速分别为17 340 r/min和18 660 r/min。经样机测试验证,未发现不平衡质量引起的共振问题,与计算结果相符。该研究对开发混合动力系统具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:

Analysis model of hybrid transmission system was established, and motor rotor dynamics was analyzed in detail. The result showed that gear box flexibility had important effect on rotor system modal, rotor system modal frequency increased with bearing radical stiffness increasing. Critical speed of motor rotor was 17 340 r/min and 18 660 r/min in no-load case and heavy load case respectively. By testing prototype, no resonance caused by unbalanced mass was found, which was accordant with the calculation. The research is helpful to develop hybrid system.
