Nonlinear Estimation for Initial Rotor Position of Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要:

针对表贴式永磁同步电机(PMSM)转子初始位置估计的问题,研究了一种基于两相静止坐标系下注入高频电压信号的非线性观测器的改进估计方法,并构造Lyapunov函数证明了非线性观测器的稳定性和初始位置收敛的象限问题进行了分析,给出了该非线性观测具体实现算法。仿真结果表明,该估计方法能够快速且准确地估计出PMSM转子初始位置,与基于数字低通滤波器的高频注入信号方法相比,该方法具有收敛快速、算法简单等优点,适合工程应用。

Abstract:

In order to estimate the initial rotor position on the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM),an improved nonlinear observer injecting the high frequency voltage signal based on two-phase static coordinate system was studied. By constructing the Lyapunov function, the stability of the nonlinear observer was proved.The convergence of the initial rotor position was analysied in detail throughout the whole four quadrants and the nonlinear observer algorithm was deduced. Simulation results indicate that the method has shorter estimation process and less computation than the high frequency voltage signal injection based on digital low pass filter, which makes it suitable for engineering applications.
