摘要:

基于虚拟信号注入的内置式永磁同步电动机最大转矩电流比控制中,采用的算法仍包含了定子电阻和d轴电感。当参数与电机实际值出现偏差时,就会导致MTPA控制角产生误差。根据虚拟信号注入法的基本原理,推导出由参数偏差引起的MTPA误差角表达式,对定子电阻和d轴电感偏差引起的MTPA误差角进行了理论分析和仿真研究。结果表明,在运行转速不是很低的情况下,由电阻偏差引起的误差角不大,d轴电感偏差是产生MTPA误差角的主要原因。

Abstract:

In the virtual signal injection based maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM),the algorithm includes the stator resistance and d-axis inductance.If these parameters deviate from their actual values,the MTPA control error will be resulted in.According to the basic principle of virtual signal injection method,the expression of the MTPA error angle caused by the parameter deviation was deduced.Theoretical analyses and simulation investigations of the MTPA error angle caused by the deviation of stator resistance and d-axis inductance were carried out.The results show that the error angle resulted from the resistance deviation is usually small provided the speed is not very low,and the d-axis inductance deviation is the main cause of the MTPA error angle.
