摘要:

异步起动永磁同步电机受到越来越多的关注,但钕铁硼永磁材料高昂的价格使其难以普及。为提高异步电机的性能,且避免大幅增加成本,提出了一种基于铁氧体永磁材料的转子和转子导条非均匀分布的新型异步起动电机拓扑结构,相对于传统的转子导条均匀布置的方式,新结构电机有效地提高了电机稳态性能。并对电机转子结构进行了优化设计,提高了电机的起动性能和同步能力。采用有限元方法对电机进行了仿真分析,结果表明新结构异步起动铁氧体电机有效改善了传统异步电机的性能指标。

Abstract:

The line start permanent magnet synchronous motor (LSPMSM) has attracted more and more attention, however, it is not widely applied because of the high price of NdFeB permanent magnet. A new type of line start motor topology based on the nonuniform distribution of the rotor bar of ferrite permanent magnetic material was proposed. Compared with the traditional way of the uniform arrangement of the rotor cage, the new structure can effectively improve the steady state performance of the motor. The motor rotor structure was further optimized to improve the starting and synchronizing capability of the motor. The finite element method was used to simulate the motor, and the results show that the proposed ferrite line start permanent magnet motor can effectively improve the performance of the traditional line start motor.
