摘要:

为了进一步提高两相笼型感应伺服电动机的起动性能,研究了一种新型转子结构。通过对两相感应伺服电动机起动性能进行分析,并结合感应伺服电动机转子细长结构和感应电机提高起动性能的方法,将新型转子笼中插入2根导条,在电机起动时由集肤效应作用产生大的起动转矩和小的起动电流,提高了两相感应伺服电动机的起动性能。应用到某航空中频两相感应伺服电动机中,仿真和样机测试结果表明,新型转子结构有效提高了两相感应伺服电动机的起动性能。

Abstract:

A new-type rotor structure to further improve the starting performance of two-phase cage induction servo motor was presented. Through the analyze of two-phase induction servo motor starting performance, characteristics of induction motor rotor and structure, two bars were inserted into the cage. Because of the skin effect, the motor produced a larger starting torque and a smaller starting current at start-up, and the starting performance of the motor was improved. The new-type rotor structure was applied to a two-phase induction servo motor, the simulation and prototype test results show that the new-type rotor structure effectively improves the starting performance of two-phase induction servo motor.
