摘要:

研究了一种新型的绕组结构用于分数槽集中绕组永磁电机,该结构可以有效地降低绕组磁动势谐波,从而降低电机铁耗和永磁体涡流损耗。不同转子结构的电机,谐波的降低对转子损耗的影响程度是不同的。在考虑电机转子结构的情况下,将该绕组结构应用于不同结构的电机,分析谐波对转子损耗的影响。研究表明,对有利于谐波磁力线通过的结构,采用新型绕组结构,铁耗降低明显。永磁体涡流损耗降低程度不随转子结构的影响而变化。

Abstract:

A new type of winding structure was studied for the fractional slot concentrated winding permanent magnet motor, which can effectively reduce the harmonic force of the winding magnetism, thus reducing the motor iron loss and permanent magnet eddy current loss. For different motors with different rotor structures, the effect of harmonic reduction on rotor loss is different. The motor rotor structure was considered in the case. And the winding structure was applied to different structures of the motor to analyze of the impact of harmonic on the rotor loss. The results show that the new type of winding structure has a significant reduction in iron loss. The degree of eddy current loss of permanent magnets does not change with the influence of different rotor structures.
