基于槽口偏移的永磁同步电动机齿槽转矩抑制

摘要:

齿槽转矩是永磁电机设计制造中必须考虑的关键问题之一。为了抑制永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,采用傅里叶级数的方法对齿槽转矩进行分析,研究了单个槽对应的齿槽转矩与电机总齿槽转矩之间的关系。将电机电枢槽沿着旋转方向划分为偶数组,分析推导了单个电枢槽组对应的齿槽转矩,采用将相邻的电枢槽组设为对应组,通过将一组或者多组电枢槽组的槽口偏移适当角度的方法,使得对应组间齿槽转矩分量互相抵消,从而抑制电机总齿槽转矩特定次数的谐波,削弱总齿槽转矩幅值,并给出了具体偏移角度的公式。以一台12槽8极永磁同步电动机为例,仿真分析结果表明,采用该方法能有效抑制永磁同步电动机总齿槽转矩的基波以及低次数谐波,使得电机齿槽转矩幅值明显下降。

Abstract:

The cogging torque is one of the key problems that must be taken into consideration in the design and manufacture of permanent magnet machines. In order to reduce cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the cogging torque was analyzed by Fourier series method, and the relationship between the total cogging torque and the single slot cogging torque was studied. The armature slots along the direction of rotation was divided into groups in even number. The cogging torque in a group was analyzed and deduced, setting adjacent armature slot groups as corresponding groups. By the method of making single or several armature slot groups shifting appropriate angles, the magnitude component of the cogging torque between the corresponding groups was counteracted. Thus, the specific harmonic amplitude of cogging torque for the corresponding groups was reduced, and the amplitude of the total cogging torque was weakened. The formula of specific angle of armature slot groups shifting was given. Taking a permanent magnet synchronous motor with 12 slots 8 poles as an example, through the simulation analysis, the results show that, the proposed method can effectively reduce the amplitude of fundamental harmonic and low-order harmonic of total cogging torque, and the amplitude of cogging torque was also decreased.
