摘要:

研究了一种新型中空形行波超声波电动机,电机定子呈圆环形,内孔为正十六边形,16片压电陶瓷依次粘贴在定子的内表面。定子齿呈锥形,并在圆环外表面呈周向排布。利用ANSYS软件对定子进行模态分析,确定选用,四阶面内弯振模态作为电机的工作模态。对定子进行谐响应分析,通过施加不同的电压值研究质点位移随电压的变化情况。研究证明了电机设计的合理性。

Abstract:

A new type of hollow traveling-wave ultrasonic motor was studied. The stator of the motor is circular and the inner hole is a positive sixteen-sided shape. Sixteen piezoelectric ceramics were pasted on the inner surface of the stator in turn. The stator teeth were tapered and were arranged circumferentially on the outer surface of the ring. ANSYS software was used to perform modal analysis of the stator to determine the fourth-order in-plane bending mode as the operating mode of the motor. The harmonic response of the stator was analyzed and the variation of the particle displacement with voltage was studied by applying different voltage values. Research proves the rationality of motor design.
