摘要:

介绍了一种自动小型电机绕线机设计,包括下线针绕线结构、电机自动排线装置、电机绕线机的控制功能。通过研究电机绕线动态过程,利用仿真软件,进行空心下线针的运动分析,建立了空心下线针旋转运动模型,综合PLC控制技术,通过伺服电动机完成绕线和排线,并在PLC的控制下通过绕线电机与排线电机转速、行程的配合,实现小型电机的全自动排线,提高了排线精度和效率。

Abstract:

A small-sized automatic motor winding machine was designed, including the wire winding structure, the automatic wire arranging device, and the control part of the winding machine. By studying the dynamic process of motor winding, the motion analysis of hollow needle was carried out with simulation software, and the rotating motion model of the needle was established. Servo motor was used to complete winding and wire arrangement. Under the control of PLC, the automatic wire arrangement of small motor was realized, the precision and efficiency of wire arrangement were improved through the cooperation of speed and stroke of winding motor and wire arranging motor.
