电励磁同步电机系统及直流电压容错控制研究

摘要:

在建立电励磁同步电机数学模型的基础上,采用基于气隙磁场定向的电励磁同步电机矢量控制方法,同时该系统采用混合磁链观测器进行磁链观测。在分析电励磁同步电机控制系统有源前端整流器数学模型的基础上,通过理论分析与推导,研究了一种其直流侧电压在任意负载下的估算算法,并实现直流侧电压检测部分的容错控制。理论分析和仿真结果表明:在基于气隙磁场定向的电励磁同步电机矢量控制中,该直流电压估算算法可以在电励磁同步电机四象限运行中实现控制系统直流侧电压的估算及其容错控制。

Abstract:

Based on the math model of electric excitation synchronous motor, a vector control method based on the air-gap magnetic field orientation was studied. Meanwhile, mixed flux observer were adopted in the system. And base on the math model of the active front end rectifier of the electric excitation synchronous motor control system, the DC-link voltage estimation algorithm with any load transient was analyzed, by testing and theoretical analysis, and implementation of a fault-tolerant control of DC-link voltage test section. Theory analysis and simulation results showed that the electric excitation synchronous motor vector control base on mixed flux observer can realize four quadrant operation and estimation of DC-link voltage and control strategy for DC-link voltage fault condition.
