摘要:

定子作为超声波电动机的重要组成部分,它的振动性能直接影响电机驱动器的输出特性。研究了一种新型旋转型行波超声波电动机定子结构,利用有限元分析软件进行建模并进行动力学分析,通过改变定子齿、弹性基体中重要的结构尺寸,提取定子振动模态频率和质点振幅,研究不同的结构尺寸对振动模态和振幅的影响。最后对一确定尺寸的定子进行整体性能分析,证明定子设计的合理性。该研究有助于减少电机开发过程中的盲目性,缩短设计周期,提高经济效益,并能为最终实现电机的运动特性控制和结构优化设计提供必要的理论基础。

Abstract:

Stator as an important part of ultrasonic motor, its vibration performance directly affects the output characteristics of the motor drive. The stator structure of a new type of rotating traveling wave ultrasonic motor was studied. The finite element analysis software was used to model and perform dynamic analysis. By changing the important structural dimensions in stator teeth and elastic matrix and extracting the stator vibration mode frequency and particle amplitude ,the influence of different structure dimensions on the vibration mode and amplitude was studied. The overall performance of a stator with a certain size was analyzed to prove the rationality of stator design. This research contributes to reduce the blindness in the process of motor development, shorten the design cycle and improve the economic benefits, and provide the necessary theoretical foundation for the ultimate control of motor characteristics and structural optimization design.
