SRM状态转换表和应用中新状态获取方法

摘要:

针对有光电位置传感器的三相12/8开关磁阻电机(SRM),根据位置传感器、定子和转子位置关系,分析转子相对位置变换和传感器检测值,得出状态转换表,并分析其规律。考虑到读取传感器值来获取当前新状态的方法在实际应用中遇到的困难,根据状态转换表规律,提出捕捉传感器和查表的方法来获取新状态,并设计查询表。该方法在实际调速系统的各种转速下均得到运行验证。状态转换表分析和新状态获取的方法可为各种SRM调速系统设计和运行控制提供参考。

Abstract:

To 3-phase 12/8 switched reluctance motor (SRM) with photoelectrical position sensors, based on the local position relation of sensors, stator and rotor, transition of relative positions of rotor and values of sensors were analyzed, then, state transition table was obtained and its regularity was analyzed. Considering the encountered difficulty to obtain new current state by means of reading the sensors in practice, on the basis of regularity of state transition table, a method was proposed to obtain new state by capturing sensors and inquiring table,and inquired table was designed. The method was applied to practical velocity regulation system under the circumstances of a variety of velocity. The methods to analyze state transition table and obtain new state can provide reference for design and control of all kinds of SRM velocity regulation systems.
