摘要:

为拓宽永磁同步电动机的调速范围,将绕组变匝数理论用到永磁同步电动机上。采用绕组切换技术控制电机绕组匝数,进而扩大电机调速范围。搭建仿真模型验证理论的正确性,并用实验平台验证。实验结果表明:绕组切换技术对于永磁同步电机在整个控制系统和方法变化不大的前提下可以有效提升电机转速范围,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:

To extend speed range of PMSM, the method of changing winding turns was used on PMSM.A novel wingding changeover technique could change winding turns and extend the speed range. The proposed method was modeled under the environment and a platform was built to verify the theory. The experiments proved that the winding changeover technique can extend the speed range of PMSM without great changes in the control system,and it has practical value.
