新型磁悬浮平台空载悬浮特性分析及优化设计

摘要:

提出了一种新型的磁悬浮平台结构,阐述了其悬浮原理,并运用Workbench-Maxwell 3D软件进行了电磁场有限元仿真。针对原始模型分别进行了轴向、径向偏心情况下的悬浮力特性分析,及多尺寸参数变化对悬浮力的影响。进一步优化了平台结构尺寸,仿真结果验证了该新型磁悬浮平台的空载悬浮特性,并为磁悬浮平台的稳定控制提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

The electromagnetic field finite element analysis and principle verification of a novel magnetic suspension platform was proposed based on the Workbench-Maxwell's 3D software. The levitation force analysis of axial and radial eccentric cases and the levitation force analysis for the dimension parameter changes of original model were put forward. On the basis of the further optimization of the platform structure size, the simulation results verified the no-load levitation characteristics of the new type of magnetic suspension platform, and provided theoretical basis for stable control of magnetic suspension platform.
