过盈联接磁悬浮转子的模型修正方法分析

摘要:

磁悬浮转子装配体通常借助过盈配合实现可靠联接,因此产生的模态变化不可避免。针对热套配合的柔性磁悬浮转子系统建立有限元模型,为实现一、二阶弯曲固有频率的准确预测,应用等效及接触理论对模型进行修正,选取合适的修正系数,以精确模型便于控制研究。基于等效模型将过盈问题转化为弹性模量、转动惯量的优化问题,接触模型将过盈量纳入初始几何穿透中,进行预应力下的迭代求解。最后通过模态测试验证仿真分析,结果表明修正后的模型在进行模态预测时的计算误差得到改善。

Abstract:

The magnetic suspension rotor assembly usually achieves reliable connection by means of interference fit, and the modal change is an unavoidable problem. To predict accurately on the frequency for first and second order bending natural frequency, the FEM (finite element model) about a flexible magnetic suspension rotor with hot fit was established, and the model was modified based on the equivalent and contact theory. Specifically, the equivalent model transformed the interference problems into the optimization problems of the elastic modulus and moment of inertia, and the contact model considered the interference problems into the initial geometric penetration and was solved by iterative method under the pre-stress. Finally, the simulation analysis has been proved by modal test, and the results showed that the the modified model in modal prediction was better.
