基于谐波分析的异步电动机故障诊断研究

摘要:

针对传统方法在异步电动机故障诊断应用中造成设备停机、诊断维修不及时、不到位和维修过于频繁、盲目维修等影响生产运作的问题,研究一种基于电流谐波分析的故障诊断方法。在不影响异步电动机运行的情况下,采集电流信号进行去噪处理和频谱分析,得到各高次谐波,并做归一化处理,与对应劣化标准进行对比,从而作出相应的故障诊断。通过实验验证和分析结果表明,该方法可有效判断出异步电动机的故障原因及故障程度,对维持生产稳定、减少事故、降低成本等具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that the traditional method causes the equipment shutdown in the application of fault diagnosis of induction motor,the diagnosis and maintenance are not timely, not in place and maintenance is too frequent,blind maintenance and other problems affect the production operation. A fault diagnosis method based on current harmonic analysis was proposed. The current signal was collected for denoising processing and spectrum analysis without affecting the operation of the induction motor. The higher harmonics were obtained and normalized. Deterioration criteria were compared to make corresponding fault diagnosis. The experiment was validated and analyzed.The results show that this method can effectively judge the fault cause and fault degree of induction motor,and is of great significance to maintain production stability,reduce accidents and reduce costs.
