高效节能数字化电机测控系统的研究

Study on the Motor Measurement and Control System of High Efficiency and Energy-Saving Digitization

摘要:

针对电机的出厂与型式试验方法与内容,研究一种双逆变器共直流母线的能量回馈型变频电源试验方案。测试系统由工控机、数据采集卡及传感器等硬件与上位机图形用户操控界面、数据采集及分析的应用软件有效地结合而成,实现电机的输入与输出参数等数据的自动测试,提高了电机测试效率和准确度。该试验系统已成功应用于某平台,应用结果表明,测试系统操作方便,安全可靠,实现了电机试验系统的高效节能及数字化。

Abstract:

on the basis of the method and substance of the motor factory test and type-test, this article put forward a variable frequency and energy-feedback typed power supply experimental-testing solution with the twin inverter shared the same DC bus; the data-testing system was the effective combination of hardware system which contains IPC,DAQ and sensors and software system including PC graphics, UI, and data processing and analysis APP, it can succeed in testing and processing the input/output data automatically which improved the motor's testing efficiency and precision. The experimental-testing solution is successfully applied to Subject platform of electrical and electrical engineering of Hunan institute of electrical engineering, The application results showed that the test system is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and realizes the energy efficiency and digitization.
