摘要:

直线超声波电动机驱动的多自由度并联运动平台是实现精密空间定位的重要方法。而多自由度平台的多轴运动控制系统是实现复杂运动控制的核心技术和重要基础。针对自主研发的全直线超声波电动机驱动的五自由度并联精密定位平台,研发了一种直线超声波电动机多轴运动控制解决方案,并将伺服控制领域已广泛应用的工业以太网技术引入超声波电动机控制领域,实现了超声波电动机控制系统的开放式、模块化、智能化。

Abstract:

The parallel stage with multiple DoFs and driven by linear ultrasonic motors has shown great potentials for the higher dimensional space orientation. Wherein, the multi-axis motion control is a critical problem need to be solved. In order to solve this problem, a multi-axis motion control solution for the motion control of linear ultrasonic motors was presented. The solution introduced the industrial Ethernet technology from the conventional industrial control field to the ultrasonic motor control field, so that an open, modularized, and intelligent control system can be realized.
