摘要:

磁悬浮永磁直线电动机定子线圈的平面精度是影响直线电动机平稳驱动的重要因素。采用线切割形式的平面线圈,可极大改善直线电动机定子线圈的平面度,从而改善了直线电动机在垂直方向上的精度及控制稳定性。对平面线圈进行了结构设计,对凸形Halbach永磁直线电动机进行电磁力分析,并利用有限元仿真软件对线圈的磁场与直线电动机分布进行了仿真,验证了该平面线圈作为磁悬浮永磁直线电动机定子的可行性。

Abstract:

The stability and plane precision of permanent magnetic levitation motor stator are significant factors for a high precision positioning stage. The wire-electrode cutting planar coil improved the flatness of the coil, and thus, the precision in vertical direction and controllability of linear motor. The structure of the planer coil was designed and the electromagnetic force of the Halbach permanent linear motor was theoretically analyzed, the magnetic field of designed coil was also simulated with finite element analysis method, the result proved that the planner coil can satisfy the system requirements.
