磁极削角表贴式永磁电机解析法建模与分析

摘要:

通过对磁极削角来降低永磁电机的齿槽转矩,优化永磁磁极形状改变气隙磁密的分布,是一种减小齿槽转矩的常见方法。国内外文献大多都是基于有限元法对变量进行参数扫描,对永磁体如何削角以及削角尺寸的确定方法上解释还比较模糊,尚未解释如何确定最优削角位置。采用解析法,建立磁极削角的解析模型,利用卡特系数对定子有齿尖结构的磁路进行分析,计算了表贴式永磁电机的气隙磁密、反电动势以及齿槽转矩等参数。给出一种最优削角尺寸定量分析的方法,得出齿槽峰值转矩与削角尺寸的变化关系,使获得的齿槽转矩峰值极小。利用有限元法对建立的解析模型进行了验证。

Abstract:

Cogging torque of a permanent magnet (PM) motor is made by chamfering the magnet, which changes the distribution of the air gap flux density by optimizing magnet pole shapes. It is a common method in reducing the cogging torque. However, the research has been almost based on the finite element method for parameter scanning, the interpretation of the magnet with chamfered angle and size is still relatively vague, and how to determine the optimized chamfered angle position has not yet explained. In this paper, the analytical method is used to establish the analytical model of a chamfered magnet. A modified Carter's coefficient is used to analyze the magnetic circuit for a surface-mounted PM machine with tooth-tips, and the electromagnetic parameters including the air gap flux density, back electromotive force and cogging torque are calculated. Secondly, an analytical method is presented to determine the optimized chamfered angle, and the relationship is presented between the peak torque and the chamfered angle dimension, so that the minimum cogging torque can be obtained. Finally, the finite element method is used to validate the presented analytical model.
