摘要:

针对某履带全方位平台所用电机的特殊需求,为进一步提高平台越野能力,提出一种基于一定过载倍率下电机温度特性曲线的电机控制方法,通过理论分析得出了电流、时间与电机温度的关系,利用实验测定电机不同过载倍率下温度特性,拟合电机温升曲线与电机过载时间曲线,通过多次实验修正电机温升函数参数,验证了方法的正确性。通过控制电机一定过载工况下的工作时间,最大程度地提高了电机的过载能力,较大程度上提高了平台的越野爬坡能力与加速性能。

Abstract:

Aiming at the special performance requirements of a tracked omnidirectional platform, a kind of motor control method based on the temperature characteristic curve of motor under a certain overload ratio was proposed to further improve the platform cross-country ability. The relationship between current, time and motor temperature was obtained by theoretical analysis, and the different overload times of motor were measured by experiment. The temperature characteristic of the motor and the temperature rise curve of the motor was fitted. The correctness of the method was verified through many experiments. By controlling the maximum working time of the motor under a certain overload condition, the overload ability of the motor is improved, and the cross-country ability is greatly improved.
