一种低成本高性能的低速电动汽车控制系统

摘要:

针对低速电动汽车用串励电动机性能较差这一现状,提出了一种成本较低但性能更好的低速电动汽车用IPMSM-DTC控制系统。系统以DSP MC56F8037作为控制核心,通过系列低成本的传感器实时获得电动机相电流、转子位置以及直流母线电压等信号,实现实时观测和限制转矩角,以确保电动机稳定运行的IPMSM-DTC控制。实验结果表明,系统结构简单、可靠性高且性能较好。

Abstract:

As the DC series motors are the main use of the low-speed electric vehicles and the performance of the controllers are relatively poor, this paper proposes a IPMSM-DTC control system for low-speed electric vehicles with lower cost but better performance. A DSP chip MC56F8037 was used as control core, through the real-time sampling of the motor phase current, the rotor position and the DC bus voltage signal by series of low-cost sensors, the PMSM-DTC was received with real-time observing and limiting the torque angle for stable operation of the motor. The experiment results prove that the system has simple structure, high reliability and good performance.
