摘要:

设计了一种智能循迹小车,能够沿着直径0.6 mm的细铁丝构成的跑道行驶。金属检测传感器连接自制电感线圈,基于电涡流原理检测金属,自制线圈的直径达到4 cm。当金属物靠近线圈时,传感器将检测值转换为数字量输出,通过IIC接口送给STM32处理并显示。软件编程采用均值滤波算法,降低干扰,根据处理后的数据控制小车的前进、左转、右转。实验结果表明:该设计能够实现小车对细铁丝的循迹,使它沿着细铁丝跑道行驶。为智能小车的循迹增加了一种新方法。

Abstract:

An intelligent tracking car has been designed, the car can run around a 0.6 mm diameter's wire. Two-channel digital inductance sensor LDC1612 was adopted as the sensor to detection the wire, It tested the thin wire by the self-made coils connected on the sensor, based on the principle of eddy of current. The self-made coil's diameter can reach up to 4 cm.When the metal close to the coil, LDC1612 could find the change and output a digital data, then the data was sent to STM32 MCU for process and display by IIC interface. The average filtering algorithm added in the software programming in order to reduce interference, the car can move, turn left, turn right according to the processed data. The experimental result shows that the car can track and run around the fine wire. It provides a new method for intelligent tracking car.
