Notice on holding 2019 Micro Motor Technical Seminar


In order to improve the independent innovation ability of China's Micro motor industry and actively promote the technical level of the micro motor industry, at the request of member units and related enterprises, the Institute will hold the "2019 Micro Motor Technical Seminar" from August 5 to 8, 2019.

Experts and professors from The School of Electrical Engineering of Southeast University and senior engineers in the industry will be specially invited to give lectures.

1) Basic application and technology development trend of permanent magnet motor, fixed rotor topological structure, permanent magnet material

2) Automobile transmission technology, electric vehicles, automobile chassis technology, drive and transmission system of new energy vehicles,

Electric vehicles and automotive mechatronics system technology.

3) Theory of permanent magnet motor: Working principle, equivalent circuit, equation of state, D-Q model

4) Design and analysis of permanent magnet motor: magnetic circuit calculation, winding, parameter calculation, loss calculation and heat calculation

5) drive system, system composition and topology, torque speed characteristics, modulation technology

6) Control strategy, current regulation, vector control, no position sensor control

7) Control simulation, MATLAB/Simulink, rapid prototype development

8) Servo motor design, disk permanent magnet motor design, high-speed permanent magnet motor, etc


5. Brief introduction of teaching teachers

Huang Yunkai, doctor of Engineering, professor and doctoral supervisor of The School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University, is currently the deputy dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University, and the academic leader of jiangsu Province's "Blue Project".

He received his Bachelor's, Master's and doctor's degrees in Engineering from Southeast University in 1998, 2001 and 2007 respectively. From November 2005 to July 2006, he studied in University of Technology Sydney, Australia.

He has been engaged in the teaching and research of special motor design and control, distributed generation system, all-electric vehicle and other aspects for a long time. He has presided over and completed more than 30 scientific research projects, published more than 30 SCI papers, and obtained more than 10 patents.

He undertook the courses of "Electrical Engineering" and "Digital Signal Processing" for undergraduates and "Theory and Method of Modern Motor Design" for postgraduates.

In recent years, in-depth research has been carried out on the design, calculation, analysis and control of permanent magnet motor, high-speed motor and disk motor, and the motor developed has been successfully applied in industrial blower, electric spindle, household appliances, power tools, washing machine, textile machinery, water pump, robot and other fields.


Chen Xinbo, professor, Professor, School of Automotive Engineering, Tongji University, doctoral supervisor, graduated from Zhejiang University in 1982, obtained the master's degree of Engineering in Tongji University in 1985, and worked in the school.

Doctorate in Engineering from Tohoku University in 19 years;

From 2000 to 2001, he was a visiting researcher in Tokyo University of Technology.

From 2000 to 2001, he worked as a visiting researcher in the Department of Intelligent Mechanical Systems engineering, Tokyo University of Technology.

From 2002 to now, Professor of School of Automotive Engineering, Tongji University, senior member of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, Member of Electric Vehicle Branch of Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering, SAE member.

Research direction: New energy vehicle drive and transmission system, electric vehicle and automotive mechatronics system technology.

Scientific research Experience:

Assume or participate in the national 863 electric cars special corpus "four-wheel drive electric vehicle key technology research", the Shanghai science and technology commission project "based on electric wheel tiny electric car research and development of direct drive", "the hydrogen miniature automobile wheel hub motor and drive the development of", enterprise cooperation project "battery capacitance hybrid electric vehicle technology r&d supervisor" and "overhead working truck hydraulic power drive system test and application demonstration research", "car power sunroof performance analysis and optimization of lifting mechanism and its control system", "automobile redirector deflection helical gear and rack meshing pair of CAD

And its virtual prototyping technology and other projects.

Served as "Automobile structure (chassis)", "Automobile design course Design", "Optoelectromechanical Integration technology Japanese" and other courses.

 

Peng Fei, Doctor of Engineering, lecturer, School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University.

He obtained his bachelor's degree and master's degree in Engineering from Southeast University in 2010 and 2012 respectively.

In 2012, I went to McMaster University in Canada to study for a doctorate, and got my doctorate in 2016.

Has been engaged in the permanent magnet synchronous motor, switched reluctance motor precise control and sensorless control, grid-connected inverter, rectifier, DC/DC converter design and control and other aspects of research.
