Notes to Exhibitors
1. Exhibition Confirmation:
The organizer will provide the booth number and booth location map to the exhibitor after receiving the exhibitor's application Form.If you confirm the booth, you will receive the exhibition contract.If the applicant agrees to sign the contract, please send it back as soon as possible, and remit all booth fees to the account designated by the organizer within 15 days. The organizer will send the invoice to your company in time for formal confirmation of participation.If the organizer does not receive the booth fee receivable within the specified period of time, the booth number and booth location provided by the organizer are invalid, and the organizer will not give any further notice.
2. Exhibition arrangement:
Hen: time: October 31, 2020 - November 1 (08:30-17:00), each exhibitor according to their respective collection amount, on November 1, in ensuring that afternoon 17:00 before the company collection, debugging on the premise that in the 31 October or November 1, hen, all exhibitors to undertake unit in strict accordance with the requirements of the hen move-in time and order.
Exhibitors registration: to undertake unit on October 31, 2020 - November 1 (8:30-17:00) set up at the entrance of the west pavilion exhibitors organiser or main unit of the office, the exhibitors to deal with concerned formalities on the strength of the application form for the exhibition hen, to send two each standard booth one too (especially big booth is no more than 20), for the use of the exhibitors hen.
Installation of exhibits: Exhibits will enter the museum from 09:00 on October 31, 2020. Transportation of large exhibits shall be operated by a transportation company designated by the undertaker.
Booth layout: < Exhibitors shall not lay out, hang marks or protruding objects beyond their respective exhibition area, which will affect the exhibition activities of the exhibitors nearby.

◄ this exhibition is not allowed to set up booths on the second floor, height more than 4.5 m booth needs to be approved by national 1st class registered structural engineer.All design drawings of specially decorated booth shall be submitted to Shanghai Hanshen Exhibition Service Co., LTD., the drawing examiner designated by the organizer, for review.(A fee of RMB 15 per square meter is charged by Han Shen.)
◄ about overtime structures, and debugging equipment, the organisers hope exhibitors or set up reasonable arrange schedule, finish the building and equipment debugging.If you need to work overtime, please apply to your home stadium builder (on the same day: 15:00m) for overtime fee standard: before 12:00:1200 YUAN/hour/booth;After 12:00:2400 yuan/hour/booth.
◄ exhibitors changes will be made to the standard booth.In case of special circumstances, the exhibitor must inform the designated builder to construct after the specific modification requirements are approved in writing by the organizer, and the modification fee shall be paid by the exhibitor to the builder.
◄ if exhibitors exhibition or may be increased to the electric box, power socket and lamps and lanterns, must according to the host specified home building business (your pavilion) lease installation.Exhibitors are not allowed to rent exhibition tools, electric boxes, power sockets and lamps. In case of any violation, the organizer will not be responsible for any economic disputes, safety problems, financial damages and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the exhibitors themselves.
3. Exhibition Time:
Exhibition time: 9:30-16:00, November 2, 2020;9:00-16:00 on November 3;
9:00-14:00, 4 November 2020
Exhibitor should enter the exhibition hall 30W (8.30) in advance by his/her badge.
The exhibition of products involved in intellectual property disputes is declined. In case of any dispute, please refer to the Intellectual Property Notice on page 39 of this manual.If there is a dispute, please find the relevant units to solve.
The booth is only for exhibitors to display their products, and it is not allowed to sell or display other people's products on site. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to let them leave.
The display and site operation of exhibits shall not interfere with the display activities of neighboring exhibitors.The organizer shall have the right to withdraw from the exhibition or make adjustments to the display devices and on-site operations that are noisy, harmful, waste, dangerous or unsuitable for the normal operation of the exhibition according to the regulations, and the expenses caused thereby shall be borne by the exhibitor.
4. Withdrawal Time:
Withdrawal time: 15-20:00, November 4, 2020
In case of any change in the specific time of withdrawal at each single booth, you may be engaged in "notice of withdrawal at exhibitors' booth".
Exhibitors must withdraw from the exhibition hall at the time and in the order specified by the organizer.
None of the exhibits in the Western Pavilion will be removed from the booth until 15:00 on November 4, 2020.
Exhibitors must leave the venue as it was before the exhibition.Damage caused during the use of the site by the exhibitors (according to the relevant claim regulations of the exhibition hall) shall be compensated by the organizer to the exhibitors according to the degree of damage.
The exhibitor shall be responsible for transporting construction materials and construction waste not provided by the designated builder of the contractor from the exhibition site, and shall evacuate all its items from the site before 20:00 on November 4, 2020.Otherwise, the organizer shall have the right to dispose of the site articles left by the exhibitors and the cost shall be borne by the exhibitors themselves.
5. Exhibition Schedule:
In case of any change of the above schedule, please refer to the "notice of exhibitors entering the Exhibition hall" issued by the organizer in the future.The organizer has the right to delay, reduce or temporarily cancel the whole or part of the exhibition according to the actual situation, but it shall inform the exhibitors 5 days in advance and notify the exhibitors immediately after rescheduling the exhibition. This Contract is applicable to the new exhibition period, unless one of the parties requests to cancel the contract in writing.The exhibitor shall not ask the organizer to bear any liability for breach of contract or any expenses arising therefrom.
6. Liability Clause:
6.1 No drilling is allowed in and out of the exhibition hall. Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition hall, except at the designated place of the exhibition hall. Otherwise, all damages and losses caused thereby shall be borne by the exhibitors themselves.
6.2 It shall bear its own responsibility for the serious impact and consequences caused thereby.The exhibitor shall take care of the cleaning work in the booth. If the exhibitor asks someone to clean the booth through the organizer, the exhibitor shall pay the cost.
6.3 During the whole period of the exhibition, if the exhibitor violates the following requirements or regulations, the organizer shall have the right to ask the exhibitor to leave. The collected fees shall not be returned, and the losses and expenses caused thereby shall be borne by the exhibitor.
(1) The organizers must comply with the order of the venue, site management and venue requirements.
(2) The exhibition booth and on-site operation shall not interfere with the exhibition activities of neighboring exhibitors.
(3) It shall not affect the booths and public areas of other exhibitors.
(4) Shall not hold or carry out any display device or on-site operation that is noisy, harmful, waste, dangerous or unsuitable for the exhibition.
(5) The booth is only for the exhibitor to display his/her products, and shall not be used to sell or display others' products on site.
(6) The booth shall not be transferred, represented or resold without permission. In case of any violation, the organizer shall not enter the booth and set up the booth. The organizer shall have the right to ask them to leave, and shall not be responsible for all relevant expenses.
6.4 The exhibitors shall guarantee that they have independent intellectual property rights or have been authorized by the intellectual property rights owner, and refuse to display products with dispute correction involving intellectual property rights. In case of any dispute, the exhibitors shall refer to the Notification of Intellectual Property Rights in this manual.Any dispute caused by infringement of intellectual property rights shall be the responsibility of the participating units themselves, and the participating units shall compensate for the losses caused to them.
6.5 If the organizer suffers any claim due to the participation of the exhibitor or any reasons related to the participation, the exhibitor shall make full compensation to the single organizer.
6.6 The exhibitors shall take the initiative to handle the insurance of exhibits, exhibitors and related valuables. The organizers shall not be responsible for the direct or indirect injury, loss or damage to the persons and property of the exhibitors, their agents and employees as a result of the exhibition.During the whole exhibition period and the loading and unloading of exhibits, the exhibitors must assign special personnel to be present. The organizers shall not be responsible for the lost items of the exhibitors.Exhibitor booths must be ready at all times to be inspected by relevant government departments for safety, fire control and customs.
6.7 The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or cancellation caused by any force majeure or other objective factors that make it impossible for the organizer to hold the exhibition in place as scheduled, and the organizer has the right to postpone the exhibition.The exhibitor should realize that the exhibitor will continue to suffer losses due to the above reasons, so the organizer will not bear any liability for breach of contract to the exhibitor.
7. Termination of contract:
Such as exhibitors announced his retirement from the exhibition, after receiving the written notice must undertake units, 60 days prior to the opening in the notify party a terminates the participation contract, exhibitors shall bear all expenses 50% penalty due to breach of contract responsibility, such as over time (less than or equal to 60 days), exhibitors is equal to the total cost of penalty due to breach of contract responsibility.The organizer shall have the right to rearrange the original booth number and location plan, and set off the paid fees as liquidated damages, and the exhibitor shall have no right to request for refund or other claims.
8. Other Terms:
8.1 The contents of the list of exhibitors shall be provided by the exhibitors, and the undertaker will try its best to ensure the accuracy of the contents. If there are any mistakes or omissions, the undertaker will not be responsible.
8.2 The organizer has the right to include all or part of the report of the exhibitors into the Proceedings of the 25th China Electric Motor Technology Exhibition in 2020 without obtaining the consent of the exhibitors.
