分布式绕组交流发电机定子工艺优化

Optimization of Stator Manufacturing Process for Distributed Winding AC Generators

摘要: 交流发电机对可靠性、稳定性及耐久性要求较高。 现有研究证实,绕组端部的绝缘磨损、局部异常高温是定子失效的核心诱因。 为解决该问题,提出双波形绕线方案,优化定子绕组端部交叠结构。 搭建单波绕组与双波绕组样机进行对比,进行冷热态电性能、波形频谱、温升及噪声测试,并在完成耐久试验后复测。 结果表明:双波绕组不改变电机固有频谱特性,可减少定子用铜质量 11. 5 g,抑制电压电流纹波效果明显,耐久试验后热态输出功率提升 0. 79%。 定子最高温升降低了 6. 14%,运行时最大噪声下降了 5. 23%。

Abstract: Alternating current ( AC) generators have high requirements for reliability,stability,and durability. Existing research has confirmed that insulation wear and local abnormal high temperatures at the winding ends are the core causes of stator failure. To solve this problem,a dual waveform winding scheme is proposed to optimize the overlapping structure of the stator winding ends. Build single wave winding and double wave winding prototypes for comparison, conduct cold and hot state electrical performance, waveform spectrum, temperature rise, and noise testing, and retest after completing durability testing. The results show that the dual wave winding does not change the inherent frequency spectrum characteristics of the motor,can reduce the amount of copper used in the stator by 11. 5 g,and has a significant effect on suppressing voltage and current ripple. After the durability test,the thermal output power increased by 0. 79%. The maximum temperature rise of the stator decreased by 6. 14%,and the maximum noise during operation decreased by 5. 23%.
