开关磁阻电机齿调制效应引起的振动研究

摘要: 对于开关磁阻电机,由定子模态 0 阶引起的电磁振动在振动声学中起着重要作用。 在常规分析中,通常假设定子 0 阶模态是由空间阶数为 0 的径向电磁力导致定子振动,然而,本文发现了定子模态 0 阶振动的原因。 为解决开关磁阻电机中定子模态 0 阶产生电磁振动的原因,解析分析了开关磁阻电机中气隙电磁力的时空特征,通过引入齿调制效应理论,说明了槽数倍空间阶数的径向电磁力也能诱发“ 呼吸” 型的定子模态 0 阶振动,采用多物理场有限元仿真验证了分析的正确性。 研究结果有助于开关磁阻的优化设计及振动噪声抑制。

Abstract: For the switched reluctance motor ( SRM) , the electromagnetic vibration caused by stator zeroth mode( mode 0) plays a significant vibroacoustic role. For conventional analysis in literature, it is usually assumed that stator vibration caused by mode 0 is induced by the radial electromagnetic force ( REMF ) with spatial order 0. However, the genuine reason for the mode0 vibration, which is different from the conventional analysis, is discovered in this paper. By deriving the spatial-temporal characteristics of REMF density and calculating the concentrated REMF on the teeth, it is
found that the REMF with spatial order multiple of the slot-number can also induce the “ breathing ” type of mode 0 vibration. The correctness of the analytical results is validated by the finite element analysis result.
