非接触式激感一体电机绝缘在线感知方法

Online Sensing Method for Motor Insulation Based on Integrated Non-Contact Excitation and Detection

摘要: 针对无逆变器或者无变频器驱动的异步电机系统,本文提出了一种非接触式激感一体异步电机在线运行绝缘感知方法。 该方法首先测量或已知异步电机共模阻抗谱,根据异步电机的共模阻抗谱使用非接触式的方法向电机系统中注入微弱的固定频率的正弦信号,通过提取异步电机不同状态下的共模电流峰值的平均值,从而可以看到峰值平均值的重要变化,通过该参数的变化可以有效的感知异步电机的绝缘状态。 本文通过实验证实了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: For the induction motor system without inverter or frequency converter power supply,this paper proposes a non-contact excitation-sensing integrated online insulation perception method for induction motors. The common-mode impedance spectrum of the motor is measured or known. On this basis,a weak fixed-frequency sinusoidal signal is injected into the motor system by means of a non-contact method. The average value of the peak common-mode current of the induction motor under different operating states is extracted. Significant variations can be observed in the average peak value,and such variations can be used to effectively perceive the insulation state of the induction motor. The feasibility of this method was verified by experiments.
