摘要: 针对车用永磁驱动电机在运行过程中产生的铁心损耗问题,本文以一台功率为 270 kW、转速为 20 000 r/min 的永磁驱动电机为研究对象,深入分析了定子、转子铁心损耗的分布规律及其对电机效率的影响。 研究重点探讨了生产工艺对铁心损耗的具体影响,通过对定子铁心分别采用焊接与点胶工艺、退火处理以及不同过盈量安装方式的损耗密度对比测试,分析了各工艺环节对铁心损耗密度的作用机制。 样机测试表明了优化生产工艺是降低铁心损耗、提升驱动电机效率的有效途径。

Abstract: Focusing on the core losses generated in permanent magnet drive motor during operation, this paper investigates a power 270 kW,speed 20 000 r/min permanent magnet drive motor. The study conducts an in-depth analysis of the distribution patterns of stator and rotor core losses and their impact on motor efficiency. The research specifically explores the influence of manufacturing processes on iron losses. By comparing and testing different stator core assembly methods ,including welding versus adhesive bonding,annealing treatments,and varying interference fit magnitudes,the paper analyzes the mechanisms by which these process variables affect core loss density. Prototype testing confirms that optimizing manufacturing processes is an effective approach to reducing core losses and enhancing the overall efficiency of drive motor.
