摘要: 脉冲激光焊接质量取决于工艺参数的合理匹配。 本文以某型伺服电机为例,针对某高强度马氏体不锈钢和低碳钢的异种材料结构件激光焊接问题,研究脉冲宽度、脉冲功率百分比、频率 3 个参数对焊缝成形、承载能力的影响,采用三因素三水平正交试验法,以焊缝承载能力为评价指标,优化工艺参数。 结果表明脉冲功率百分比对压脱力影响最为显著,使用优化后的参数进行焊接,可获得压脱力达 12 kN,熔深均匀的高质量焊缝。

Abstract: The quality of pulsed laser welding depends on the proper matching of process parameters. Taking a servo motor as an example, this paper investigates the pulsed laser welding of dissimilar materials between a high-strength martensitic stainless steel and low-carbon steel. It studies the influence of three parameters-pulse width, pulse power percentage,and frequency-on weld formation and load-bearing capacity. To optimize the process parameters, a three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment was implemented with the objective of weld load-bearing capacity. The results show that the pulse power percentage has the most significant effect on the press-off force,and high-quality welds with a press-off force
of up to 12 kN and uniform penetration depth can be achieved with the optimized parameters.
