Design of Repetitive Controller Based on Symmetric FIR Filters

摘要: 受电机磁场非正弦以及逆变器死区效应等因素的影响,永磁同步电机控制系统中存在大量电流谐波,影响电机运行性能。 重复控制因为其具有多个谐振峰,能同时抑制不同频率的扰动信号,在谐波抑制领域得到广泛应用。 本文采用重复-比例积分复合控制,削弱电流谐波。 基于永磁同步电机和电流谐波模型,系统设计重复控制补偿器结构,应用小增益定理分析系统稳定性。 通过仿真和实验数据表明了,该方法能够有效抑制 6k + 1 次谐波,降低电流总谐波畸变率含量。

Abstract: Due to factors such as the non-sinusoidal distribution of the motor magnetic field and the dead-time effect of the inverter,a significant amount of current harmonics exist in permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems, which degrade the motor’ s operational performance. Repetitive control is widely used in harmonic suppression due to its multiple resonant peaks,which enable the simultaneous attenuation of disturbance signals at different frequencies. This work employs a repetitive-proportional-integral compound control to suppress harmonic. Based on the models of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and current harmonics,the structure of the repetitive control compensator is systematically designed,and
the system stability is analyzed based on the small-gain theorem. The simulation and experimental data demonstrate that this proposed method achieves effective suppression of targeted harmonics,consequently leading to a significant reduction in the current’ s total harmonic distortion.
