矿用输送机用轮辐式永磁电机转矩波动优化设计

Research on Torque Ripple Optimization of Spoke-Type Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors for Mining Conveyors

摘要: 转矩波动直接影响矿用输送机用永磁同步电机的运行可靠性。 该文针对一款应用于该场合的轮辐式转子结构永磁同步电机转矩波动大、运行稳定性不足的问题,开展转矩性能优化研究。 对比分析转子槽口优化、转子铁心开辅助槽、不均匀气隙 3 种优化手段对电机平均转矩与转矩波动的影响规律,根据优化结果选出转子槽口优化与不均匀气隙 2 种方法,并引入遗传算法构建多目标优化模型,以最小化转矩波动、最大化输出转矩为优化目标,对电机结构参数进行迭代寻优。 仿真结果表明, 优化后电机额定工况平均输出转矩提高了 2. 2%, 转矩波动由3. 95%降至 0. 53%,实现了转矩波动的有效抑制与输出转矩的同步提升。 该优化方案可有效改善矿用永磁同步电机运行可靠性,为同类矿用驱动电机的转矩优化设计提供参考。

Abstract: Torque ripple directly affects the reliability of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ) used in mining conveyor. This study focuses on a spoke-type rotor PMSM designed for such applications and employs three optimization methods-rotor notch optimization,auxiliary slots in the rotor core,and an uneven air gap-to reduce the torque ripple. The impact of each method on the average torque and torque ripple was evaluated. Based on the evaluation results,a combined approach integrating rotor notch optimization with the uneven air gap method was implemented to minimize torque ripple while maximizing output torque. The results demonstrate that the optimized design not only effectively suppresses torque ripple but also enhances the motor’ s output torque.
