空心杯无刷直流电机 3 种绕组工艺技术对比分析

摘要: 本文通过对比分析空心杯无刷直流电机的 3 种主要绕组( 直绕组、斜绕组和菱形绕组) 工艺技术,旨在为空心杯无刷直流电机的设计和制造提供参考。 主要阐述了 3 种绕组技术的绕制、排布、整形、接线等工艺过程对工艺特性的影响,并以 Φ22 mm 电机为例,借助 Motor-CAD 仿真软件对电机的性能进行仿真,以 3 种绕组方案开展样机的试制和测试,结果表明,直绕组方案布满率更高(81%) 、三相电阻平衡性更好(0. 5%) 和转矩常数更大(14. 28 mN · m / A) 。 因此,对于空心杯无刷直流电机而言,直绕组较另外 2 种绕组方式具有更好的工艺特性。

Abstract: This paper aims to provide a reference for the design and manufacture of coreless brushless direct current (BLDC) motors by comparing and analyzing the winding technology of the three main forms ( straight winding, oblique winding and diamond winding) . The influence of the three winding technologies on the process characteristics was mainly expounded in the aspects of winding,arrangement,shaping,wiring and other processes,and the performance of the motor was simulated in Motor-CAD by taking the Φ22 mm motor as an example. The prototypes of three winding scheme were builted and tested,and the results showed that the straight winding scheme had a higher coverage rate ( 81%) ,better three-phase resistance balance ( 0. 5%) and a larger torque constant ( 14. 28 mN · m / A) . As a result, the straight winding has better process characteristics than the other two windings for coreless BLDC motor.
