基于有限元仿真的永磁电机导热分析

摘要: 根据电机热理论分析了永磁电机的热源、导热路径和散热方式,为了改善散热效果提出了浸漆、灌胶、团状模塑料注塑等方法,分析其所用材料对等效模型的导热系数和传热能力的影响,并通过有限元仿真软件分析电机 3D 模型的散热能力。 定子浸漆、定子灌胶、定子注塑的绕组温度相较传统的定子热套分别降低了 23. 14 ℃ 、26. 54℃ 、22. 65 ℃ ,散热效果显著。 其中定子注塑的生产时间仅用 3 min,且注塑成型的外壳可替代铁壳,在小电机应用中优势明显。

Abstract: Based on the thermal theory of motors, the heat sources, heat conduction paths and cooling methods of permanent magnet motors were analyzed. To improve cooling performance, methods such as varnishing, potting, and bulk molding compound injection molding were proposed. The impact of the materials used on the thermal conductivity and heat transfer capability of the equivalent model was analyzed. Additionally,the 3D model of the motor was simulated using finite element software to analyze its cooling performance. Compared to traditional stator hot mounting,the winding temperature of stator impregnation, stator potting, and stator injection molding are reduced by 23. 14 ℃ , 26. 54 ℃ , and 22. 65 ℃ respectively,with significant heat dissipation effects. The production time for stator injection molding takes only 3 minutes, and the molded shell can replace the iron shell,offering a clear advantage in small motor applications.
