基于变磁导网格的永磁电机磁网络模型分析

Analysis of Magnetic Network Model for Permanent Magnet Motors Based on Variable Permeance Grids

摘要: 针对等效磁网络法在分析电机运行时,出现的节点连接关系突变问题,本文提出了一种基于变磁导网格的磁网络模型,通过在模型旋转交界面两侧引入变磁导网格,提高交界面两侧节点连接关系变化的连续性。 对变磁导网格在旋转交界面的引入过程进行了描述和分析;在此基础上,对引入变磁导网格后的模型求解进行了推导;将基于变磁导网格的磁网络模型所得空载磁链、反电动势、气隙磁密和电磁转矩分别与有限元和传统磁网络模型的仿真结果进行对比分析。 结果表明,所提磁网络模型增强了旋转交界面两侧节点连接关系变化的连续性,并提高了计算精度。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of abrupt changes in node connection relationships that occur when the equivalent magnetic network method is used to analyze motor operation, this paper proposes a magnetic network model based on variable permeance meshes. By introducing variable permeance meshes on both sides of the rotating interface in the model, the continuity of changes in node connection relationships on both sides of the interface is improved. The introduction process of variable permeance meshes at the rotating interface is described and analyzed;on this basis,the solution of the model after introducing variable permeance meshes is derived; the no-load flux linkage, back electromotive force, air-gap magnetic flux density and electromagnetic torque obtained by the magnetic network model based on variable permeance meshes are compared and analyzed with the simulation results of the finite element method and the traditional magnetic network model respectively. The results show that the proposed magnetic network model enhances the continuity of changes in node connection relationships on both sides of the rotating interface and improves the calculation accuracy.
