Research on a Vibration Suppression Approach for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Based on Harmonic Current Injection

摘要: 为抑制永磁同步电机由 5、7 次谐波电流引起的 4、6 倍频径向振动,提出了一种基于电流重构的谐波提取与注入策略。 该方法通过消除基波干扰提高谐波提取精度,并构建闭环控制回路。 实验结果表明,采用该策略后,相电流总谐波畸变率( total harmonic distortion,THD) 由 4. 21%降至 2. 98%,机壳振动加速度峰峰值降至 12. 54 m/s2,4、6 倍频振动幅值分别削弱了 72. 5%和 81. 6%。 实验结果验证了该方法能有效抑制特定频率振动,显著改善电机运行性能。

Abstract: To suppress the 4th and 6th order radial vibrations in permanent magnet synchronous motors caused by 5th and 7th harmonic currents, a harmonic extraction and injection strategy based on current reconstruction is proposed. This method improves harmonic extraction accuracy by eliminating fundamental component interference and establishes a closedloop control circuit. Experimental results demonstrate that the phase current THD is reduced from 4. 21% to 2. 98%,and the peak-to-peak casing vibration acceleration decreases to 12. 54 m/s2. Furthermore,the amplitudes of the 4th and 6th ordervibrations are reduced by 72. 5% and 81. 6%, respectively. The results verify that the proposed method effectively suppresses specific frequency vibrations and significantly improves motor operating performance.
