空心杯直流电机电流脉动自适应补偿控制方法

摘要: 为了降低元件换向效应导致的空心杯直流有刷电机输出电流脉动,在电流线性自抗扰控制架构下,提出了一种准谐振解耦型扩张状态观测器用于周期性扰动观测和补偿,依托周期扰动频率在线估计技术实时修正准谐振控制器的工作点,实现扰动观测的自适应跟踪,拓展了变速和变负载工况下,所提方法的适用性,提高了控制系统的鲁棒性。 仿真验证了该观测器与自抗扰控制组合作用下电流脉动的抑制效果,为空心杯直流电机的高精度驱动提供了技术参考。

Abstract: To attenuate the output armature current ripple caused by commutation effect of the coil components of coreless DC motor,an adaptive quasi resonant decoupled extended state observer ( AQRDESO) is proposed to combine with current linear active disturbance rejection controller. An adaptive quasi resonant controller which can estimate the frequency of the periodic disturbance and modify the resonant frequency in real time is embedded in the disturbance estimation channel of decoupled extended state observer ( DESO ) . The AQRDESO can compensate for periodic disturbance with different frequency,enabling it to be applied in a variable speed and load condition. The control system has high robustness. Simulation is conducted to verify the effectiveness of current ripple attenuation of the AQRDESO,which is helpful for the high-precision drive for coreless DC motors.
