无刷直流电机直接转矩控制系统零矢量优化

Optimization of Zero-Voltage Vector of Direct Torque Control System for Brushless DC Motor

摘要: 剖析了双管零矢量与单管零矢量的各自的优劣,针对反向续流问题改进双管零矢量,使新型零矢量可对续流回路截流。为了适应新型单零矢量控制策略,替换原有零矢量,建立了单管零矢量选择表。电机在相同转速、不同负载以及相同负载、不同转速等不同给定条件下进行实验,通过数据分析,发现实验结果高度贴合实验理论。

Abstract: The realization of the direct torque control method for the brushless DC motor depends on the selection and transmission of the voltage vectors. The correct definition and proper usage of zero-voltage vector have a crucial influence on the performance of the motor. However, The analysis of the existing zero voltage vector of two switches in BLDCM DTC system shows that there is reverse freewheeling during the action of the zero-voltage vector of two switches, resulting in torque ripple, which cannot meet therequirements of the zero-voltage vector. It is important to analyze and improve its performance based on the correct definition of the zero voltage vector. In this paper, The torque performance of the motor under the zero-voltage vector of two switches was improved based on the existing research. The zero-voltage vector of one switch was established, which could meet the requirements of zero vector in definition and electrical performance and effectivelyavoided the torque ripple caused by reverse conduction. A new voltage vector selection scheme was established based on zero-voltage vector of one switch. The experimental results of two kinds of zero-voltage vectors under different loads and different speeds were compared to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
